- Terms of service -
- 1. Artist Preferences
● I will not draw Hateful content, NSFW, extremely gore.- 2.Payment
● At the moment, payment only through PayPal invoice.
● All commission prices only in USD.
● Payment will be made before I start (but if you prefer, we can do half-half).
● A full refund will only be given if no work has been done at the time of the request. And if I cancel the commission for personal reasons.
● A cancellation can be done if no payment is made.- 3. Commission process
● Every W.I.P has the objective for showing how the art is going, and if you want to change something.
●The deadline can vary depending on the complexity of the artwork. If you take too long to answer me or approve a W.I.P, it can delay the deadline and the commission process.
● Big changes are limited to the sketch phase (Background change, Pose change...), but you can do Smaller changes toward the end. If you exceed the limit of changes in a certain art phase, a fee will be added (we can discuss how much).
● A fee will not be added if the required changes are due to a mistake on my part (like missing horns or an item).
● If you have any doubts, feel free to ask me, don’t be shy! I’m totally open for any questions you have😊
● If I don’t understand any information than you send to me or need your help with something, I will ask for it😉
● In the commission process I will search for references to better understand what’s going on in the art piece. References it’s very important to let your work more incredible as possible; I want to offer my best in every commission I'll do🤗
● If anything unexpected happens, and I'm not able to work for some days, I'll let you know (hospital, trips etc).- 4. Rights
● All rights for the finished piece remain with the artist. This includes the right to offer them on platforms such as Patreon, or use the commission’s result for my portfolio and social media accounts. ( But if you not ok with that, please talk to me_).● The commission it’s for personal use only (example: post on personal gallery), If you want to use it for commercial purposes, please talk to me.● I have the right to refuse a commission request that makes me feel uncomfortable with it.
